Manuel Gil del Real
Has more than 20 years' experience in corporate communications. Starting as a film and video producer, he generated a variety of television commercials and marketing videos for Fortune 500 companies around the US. With the growth of the Internet, it became a natural transition for him to apply his skills to the Online Marketing arena. In 1998, his passion for Auto Racing led him to found Team MGR Racing, parent company of MGR Consulting Group. His intricate knowledge of the motor racing industry, has also allowed him to establish relationships and partnerships with other race team owners that extend beyond the racing world.

Jose Rosales
Jose's career includes 22 years experience in the U.S. Air Force and over 8 years experience in Internet technologies specifically in the areas of web hosting, web development, ecommerce, email marketing, search engine marketing and optimization. Jose has developed and deployed hundreds of Intranet/Internet sites and manages a multitude of server platforms.

Michelle Simms
Michelle Simms graduated with Honors at the Art Institute of Phoenix in 2000 in the field of Video Production. Over the past few years, her experience and skills have expanded into the entire multimedia spectrum, including Website Design, Print Design and CD-ROM Production. Since joining MGR Consulting Group, Michelle has been instrumental in the success of many of our projects. Her creativity and attention to detail are truly unmatched. Very few of MGR Consulting Group’s projects go out the door without Michelle’s contribution and magical touch.

Michael Rebel
Michael Rebel is an experienced graphic artist who received his degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1993. He has worked in both print and website design agencies in the Phoenix area which has also allowed him to apply that experience in a successful freelance career. Before joining the MGR Consulting staff, Michael had worked with Manuel and Jose for nearly three years in the early 2000's. Reunited with them in 2010, he brings MGR Consulting Group his creativity, organizational skills, and a desire to make any project he creates the best it can be.

Richard Mehrer
Richard Meher is an experienced manager with extensive Information Technology line management, profit and loss responsibility, start-up experience, operations and financial skills. He brings to MGR Consulting Group extensive organizational, operational and business development expertise in national and international environments with emphasis in travel and hospitality industry accounting and network integration systems.
